33rd Annual OB/GYN Ultrasound Update for Clinical Practice Virtual Conference for Sonographers

To register as a sonographer, midwife, nurse, or trainee, please complete the fields provided.

You must use your PERSONAL email address to register. Do not use a general office or office administrator's email address.
Your course evaluation, which is necessary for your CME credits, will be sent to the email address you use to register.
An attestation and evaluation survey will be sent to your email from EVMS following the conference. To receive CME credits, you must complete the survey.
Once the survey is complete you will receive an electronic certificate from EVMS. If you have any questions regarding your CME certificate or the attestation process, please contact EVMS CME at 757-446-6140 or [email protected].

If a cancellation is received in writing up to two weeks prior to the event, the participant will receive a refund, minus a $50 cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after that date.
